• I am Dr. Zeeshan , a graduate of Ross University School of Medicine. I completed my undergraduate degree at State University of New York at Buffalo and my Family Medicine Residency at UMDNJ Rutgers University in New Jersey. In my practice, I am dedicated to treating illnesses with evidence-based methods and also emphasize the importance of healthy lifestyle choices, stress management, and preventive care. I believe in empowering you to make informed decisions for your well-being, blending the latest medical knowledge with time-tested holistic and lifestyle practices. "When I see patients, my main focus is prevention. "Why wait for a disease to happen, why not prevent it" is my philosophy. I believe in maintaining excellent bedside manner, taking time listening to my patients' concerns. I believe in an individualized approach to patient care, making each and every patient feel special as if he/she are closest family member.
  After 18 plus years immersed in fee-for-service, insurance-based medicine, I found myself reflecting on the essence of healthcare. The constant rush and pressure to see more patients led me to question whether this aligns with the compassionate and personalized approach to medicine that initially drew me to this profession. One of my deepest passions lies in the DPC [Direct Primary Care] model.
