  • Frank Agullo, MD, FACS, is a double board-certified plastic surgeon (American Board of Plastic Surgery; American Board of Surgery) based in El Paso, Texas. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, he earned his MD at Universidad Anáhuac in Mexico City, completed general surgery training at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, and his plastic surgery fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
    He is founder of Southwest Plastic Surgery, a QUAD A accredited facility, with hospital privileges at Del Sol Medical Center, Providence Hospital, and University Medical Center. He serves as Clinical Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery at TTUHSC Paul L. Foster School of Medicine and Affiliate Professor at UTEP. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, ASPS member, and Editorial Board Member of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Journal (ISAPS).
    Clinical focus includes preservation breast augmentation (Motiva Preserve), deep plane facelift, Supercharged BBL, Ponytail Lift, RibXCar rib repositioning, and advanced body contouring. He previously served as Founding Vice President and President of the World Association of Gluteal Surgeons.
    Honors include Castle Connolly Top Doctor 11 consecutive years (2014-2026), Texas Super Doctors Hall of Fame 2025, Texas Super Doctor 12 consecutive years, and Best Plastic Surgeon El Paso 13 consecutive years.
