Following residency, he was a Hip Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine Fellow at the Steadman Philippon Research Institute. He worked as an orthopaedic surgeon at Nirschl Orthopaedic Center from 2008 to 2013. From 2013-2025 he worked at Washington Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine. He opened Wolff Orthopaedics in July of 2025--a practice dedicated to providing world class and cutting edge care to patients with athletic hip injuries or in need of hip preservation care. Dr. Wolff has several publications in the journal Arthroscopy, American Journal of Sports Medicine, Orthopaedic Journal of Sports Medicine and the Journal of Hip Preservation Surgery, among many others.
