  • Dr. Kwon is a board certified and fellowship trained head and neck cancer surgeon with special expertise in microvascular reconstructive surgery, robotic surgery, and thyroid/parathyroid surgery. His practice focuses on thyroid cancer, parathyroid surgery, and other complex head and neck tumors.

    He co-directs the Thyroid Center of Excellence at Keck Medicine of USC and is part of the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles (CHLA) Thyroid Cancer Group. He is one of the busiest thyroid surgeons in Los Angeles and is the highest volume pediatric thyroid surgeon in Southern California.

    His primary practice is based at the Keck Medical Center of USC in Los Angeles but he also has clinics in Glendale and La Canada. In addition, he maintains a practice at Verdugo Hills Hospital, CHLA and LA County Hospital.
