Summary

  • I am an experienced pediatric practitioner with interest and experience founding a private practice, membership on many medical boards (hospital, county, etc), as well as research project design and implementation and publication (see bio). I have worked with local and national news reporters to design and break medical stories in the fields of pediatrics, infectious diseases and medical coverage & finance issues (JAMA, Pediatrics, International Journal of ID, NYTImes, Jersey Star Ledger, Stamford Advocate). I was instrumental in the design, recruitment and formation of one of the first pediatric subspecialty centers in Fairfield County, Ct. After retiring from private practice I served as the Arnold P Gold Foundation as Vice President of the Gold Humanism Honor Society. I am currently Chair of the Board of Director's Quality Improvement committee at Conn. Children's Medical Center.
