I am a Sleep Medicine Psychiatrist at Stanford University, with research and publications in Sleep Medicine, Biomedical Gerontology, and Multimodal Pain Management. I use endogenous neuromodulation in the form of VR InfraLow Frequency Neurofeedback as an adjunct to traditional CBT to improve Sleep disorders, helping patients produce healthier brain rhythms.

VR is becoming more realistic for clinicians to use in practice, such as using VR with patients with dementia, pain management, psychiatric care, and education.
