• Alan Bienstock, MD, MPH, is a Board-Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with 19 years of experience in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery and more than 8 years specializing in complex wound care for homebound patients. Through his innovative concierge house-call model, Dr. Bienstock provides specialized in-home wound care for patients with chronic, difficult-to-heal wounds, helping patients and families coordinate care and develop individualized strategies for healing at home.

  Dr. Bienstock earned an Executive Master of Public Health from Columbia University and his MD from Duke University School of Medicine. He completed his Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at Baylor College of Medicine. He also serves as an advisor to healthcare companies developing innovative wound care, surgical, aesthetic, and telehealth technologies.
