A graduate of the Keck SOM at the USC, Dr. Rabin completed residency at Topeka VA and Menninger School of Psychiatry and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Menninger Childrens Hospital. Dr. Rabin has served on the medical staff at Sharp Memorial Hospital and Sharp Mesa Vista Hospital since 1969 and has been a Voluntary Associate Clinical Professor at UCSD School of Medicine starting in 1969. Dr. Rabin's clinical experience includes medical-assisted treatments for SUD, play, individual, family, couple therapy, as well as psychiatric medication management. Dr. Rabin's achievements: certification as a ringside physician by the USA Olympic Boxing Association, the Bruno Lima Award in Disaster Psychiatry from the American Psychiatric Association, and Physician Member of USPH Disaster Medical Team thru UCSD SOM
