Summary

• I am a pediatrician who left clinical pediatrics to work within my community's educational system. My job is to function as a liaison between the three systems that touch all children and their families...education, physical health, and mental health. I also assist organizations who focus on social determinants of health, as well as social service agencies, in this capacity. I am able to bridge the gap that can occur between health systems and the social service system.
