• Dr. Ashlea Franques, Chief Medical Officer, is an American Board of Pediatrics-certified pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2005. She completed her residency and served as Chief Resident at the University of Nebraska Medical Center/Creighton University/Children's Hospital Pediatric Joint Residency Program in Omaha. Her passion is developmental pediatrics and she loves watching children grow, develop and learn. Dr. Ashlea Franques' son has given her a new appreciation for parental guidance. She believes there is no greater role in life than being a parent and takes that approach when educating parents in her office. One of her greatest strengths is connecting and interacting with children on a personal level-helping each child live life to their own, individual, greatest potential.
