He has served on several national committees including NIH study section, NCCN Board of Directors, ACCRU Board of Directors, ASCO Guidelines and NCI NET Task Force. His research and teaching excellence has been recognized by several awards, including the School of Medicine Mentorship Award Emory University as well as V Foundation Translational Science Award.
