• Dr. Brian Wilbur is a Los Angeles-based emergency physician and medical executive with a passion for leadership, logistics, and service in dynamic environments—from mass gatherings to television sets to disaster zones.
  
  Originally from Northern California, Dr. Wilbur made the trek south to attend UCLA, earning a BA in History before traveling the world and returning to LA for medical school at Keck USC. He completed his Emergency Medicine residency at LAC+USC Medical Center and spent several years working in regional emergency departments before transitioning into leadership roles.
  
  As Chief Medical Officer at Exer Urgent Care, he played a key role in scaling the organization from a single clinic to 24 sites across the Los Angeles area. He’s also served as a script consultant for TV, taught medical students at Keck USC, volunteered in Haiti, and even launched a surf-inspired men’s grooming line.

  Vice President, Entertainment & Production Medicine at Medcor, where he leads national operations for onsite medical services in the film, television, and sports industries. His work includes COVID compliance for major networks, live-event physician coverage (e.g., the Super Bowl, March Madness, PGA Tour), and overseeing a national team of medics and nurses.
  
  Medical Director and Co-Founder of Prevent Medical Solutions, a fast-growing company specializing in medical staffing and safety logistics for mass gatherings—concerts, raves, sporting events, and endurance races—with attendances from 1,000 to 100,000+.
  
  He also serves as the Medical Manager for a FEMA Urban Search & Rescue team, coordinating care in disaster response efforts.
  
  Outside of work, Dr. Wilbur enjoys surfing, snowboarding, golfing (aggressively), and reading everything in sight. He lives in Venice, CA with his filmmaker wife and their energetic twin boys. He avoids skateboards (ask him why).
