Summary

• I am a board-certified pediatrician working as a consultant integrative pediatrician, clinical instructor, group visit program founder/director, curriculum designer & researcher at the UCSF Osher Center for Integrative medicine. I am also the founder/director of Communitas Health, an organization that provides integrative, mind-body, and resilience trainings in group settings to youth living with chronic illness + their caregivers.
  
  In my clinical practice, I provide integrative consultations and group medical visits focusing on child, adolescent, & young adult chronic illness, lifestyle/behavior change, mental health, pain, sleep, mind-body connection, and behavioral issues. I assess & advise on nutrition, supplements, sleep, stress reduction, mind-body skills, resilience-building, mental health, provide referrals to appropriate pediatric providers (acupuncture, massage, etc), and more. I have advanced training and experience in mind-body skills, medical hypnosis, and leading group visits.
