Summary

  • My passion lies in not only forensic and surgical pathology, but in the creative use of technology for education and communication. Well-designed websites (and apps) are one of the best tools to educate trainees, disseminate up-to-date research, and promote community within and between disciplines. To that aim, two colleagues and I built an online surgical pathology atlas (www.SurgPath4U.com) during my residency that provides high quality pathology images supplemented by CTs, MRIs, endoscopic images, karyotypes, molecular findings to showcase each pathologic entity. I hope that heavy textbooks will be relics of the past. I am interested in meeting physicians who are of the same mindset. There is still much work to be done!
