Summary
- Over the past 20 years, my passion and insatiable desire to learn have taken me to places I had never dreamed I could be. I have dedicated a third of my life to caring for the lives of others in various roles, and still find myself wanting to give and do more. I have served as a home care aid, nursing assistant, bedside nurse on med-surg, ortho-neuro, intermediate, and critical care units, inpatient nurse case manager, and family nurse practitioner in urgent care. My latest venture is obtaining post-masters certification in mental health. For the past 3 years, I have played my part in changing to face of mental health care in my community and providing a much needed service for people in their most vulnerable state.
I am a double board certified (ANCC) nurse practitioner primarily working in psychiatry. I am currently taking new patients at my location in Bloomington, IL. Telehealth services are also available for Illinois residents.
