  *Alzheimer's Disease : I promote Cognitive Screening; and Cognitive Training proven to delay dementia.

  *Stroke : I am very experienced in all aspects of acute stroke management. I helped develop Acute Stroke Protocols in all the hospitals I attended-I was also their Stroke Director.
  : I am particularly skilled in recognizing and clinically diagnosing covert/ silent/ subclinical stroke syndromes–thereby instituting measures to further prevent the eventual onset of symptomatic stroke and dementia.
  : My Primary Care-Internal Medicine background strengthens me to be more aggressive in my management of vascular risk factors–even earlier than guidelines.

  *Electromyography / Electroencephalography *Autonomic Function : I am aggressive in screening for Cardiac Autonomic Neuropathy as per guidelines.
  *Spine Decompression Therapy : For Back/ Neck Pain, I offer the most comprehensive evaluation, identifying the true pain generators, and addressing each of them to assure further success for relief.
  I have performed IDD (Intervertebral Differential Dynamics) Therapy for degenerative spine and disc disease since 2002: I have not sent a patient to a spine surgeon since.

  *Finally- I enjoy teaching: I believe my patients are the most informed about their conditions–diagnoses, management goals, medication usage, expectations. I periodically gave lectures to communities regarding neurologic and medical conditions.
