  Over the last 30 years, I been affiliated with Malcom Randall Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Lake City Medical Center, Shands at Live Oak, and Lake Butler Hospital. I have done primary care, hospital care, emergency room care and now full-time in my office practice specializing in the treatment of Obesity (disease).
  
  My medical degree is from David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and residency was done at University of Florida. I have Board Certification in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine.
  I give one on one intense care of patients with the disease of Obesity. By focusing on nutritional education and guidance, behavioral changes, mental health needs, and prescription medication intervention my goal is to control this complex chronic disease. I use an empathic and scientific approach to each patient, with extensive patient education and patient involvement in their own care.
  
  My mission is to help patients become physically and emotionally healthier, control their weight and their health, and prevent the long-term consequences of excess adipose tissue (Obesity)
