Overview of Dr. Tabit

Born near Scranton, Pennsylvania, Dr. Tabit graduated from The University of Scranton with bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Philosophy. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, and completed his Internal Medicine residency and Vascular Medicine fellowship at Boston University Medical Center. He completed fellowship training in Cardiovascular Medicine at The University of Chicago Medical Center. Dr. Tabit holds an MBA in Finance and Health Sector Management from BU School of Management and an MPH in Epidemiology and Health Policy from BU School of Public Health. He served as Founder and CEO of Ventricular Ventures, LLC, a Boston-based consulting and management firm specializing in healthcare operations and strategy. Dr. Tabit's research interests include molecular cardiovascular pathophysiology and healthcare delivery science. He was elected President of his class in the third grade. In his free time, Dr. Tabit enjoys country music, online stock trading, competitive dodgeball, and running along the lake.
