Summary

I currently practice Functional Medicine via telemedicine, with a focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of chronic disease. My primary areas of interest include Metabolic Syndrome, Insulin Resistance, and Type 2 Diabetes, as well as persistent gastrointestinal issues such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Many of these conditions are largely reversible through targeted lifestyle interventions.

I am recently certified as a practitioner through the Institute for Functional Medicine and collaborate closely with a highly trained coach and nutritionist to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
