Established Stanford Transoral Robotic Surgery Program and performed first transoral robotic surgery in Northern California in 2011. Developer of the Modified Postcricoid Mucosal Advancement Flap for the endoscopic repair of posterior glottic stenosis, and the Modified Transoral approach for resection of Zenker's diverticula.
