• Gilbert J. Gutierrez is a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner based in Portland, Oregon, with a clinical foundation in high-acuity medicine. After earning his Acute Care NP from Maryville University in 2019, he spent five years managing complex cases within the Neuro, Medical, Cardiothoracic, and Trauma ICUs at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and SSM Saint Louis University Hospital. His expertise includes the management of shock states, neurological emergencies, and advanced life support (ECMO), as well as proficiency in procedures such as central and arterial line placement, intubation, and PICC lines.
  
  In 2024, Gilbert obtained a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatry from Saint Louis University and was instrumental in launching the SSM Behavioral Health Urgent Care, triaging acute psychiatric presentations.
  
  Currently, he is the owner and operator of Veridian Health PLLC, a practice specializing in mood disorders, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, and Schizophrenia Spectrum Disorders.
