Summary

  • Greetings from TNG (mental health) & TNG Wellness! The Neil Group is thankful to be able to continue to provide compassionate mental health care (since 2006) and to have added Mocksville and High Point offices, in addition to our Winston-Salem office! Our team of therapists and medical providers are amazing! We see children, adolescents and adults for all things mental illness including Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective d/o, Substance Abuse, Grief, etc. We offer in-office appointments as well as appointments via telehealth. We accept most commercial insurances, as well as Medicaid & Medicare.

We are also thankful because we have launched a wellness platform for those who want a general wellness or mental health plan without the use of medications. We have been getting an overwhelmingly large number of people desiring a more holistic approach :) so we answered! we are passionate about helping everyone achieve quality and quantity of life and pristine health! Feel free to message me personally with any questions:
    drgranada@gmail.com or text me!: 336-408-2453.

Additionally ;) while working to stamp out mental illness, my husband and i saw the need to help address basic needs, like food and housing, for those in our community, so we started Rivers International, Inc which is a 501c3 organization. Since 2016, we have been able to feed hundreds of families fully prepared meals at Thanksgiving and Christmas as well as provide boxes of non-perishable food items throughout the year. This year we are raising funds to build a transitional home to assist with housing insecurity in our community. We welcome any tax-deductible donations.
