• Dr. Gregg Feinerman is an ophthalmologist and refractive surgeon in Newport Beach, California, where he founded Feinerman Vision in 2001 as a boutique, single-surgeon practice. His clinical focus is cataract and refractive surgery, including LASIK, EVO ICL, and advanced intraocular lens implantation, along with corneal and external disease and corneal transplantation.
  
  He completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of California, Irvine, following a medical degree from George Washington University and an internship in internal medicine.
  
  Throughout his career, Dr. Feinerman has been an early adopter of refractive and lens technology. He was the first surgeon in Orange County and greater Los Angeles to perform WaveLight® Plus LASIK after FDA approval, the first on the West Coast to perform Ziemer bladeless LASIK, and among the first in Southern California to implant a premium intraocular lens following FDA approval.
