In addition to his clinical and educational interests, his research focuses on AI-enabled glaucoma screening and OCT-based imaging analytics to improve early detection and risk stratification. Dr. Liu has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications in glaucoma surgery, diagnostic innovation, and ophthalmic image analysis.
