He currently serves as a Professor and the Director of the Diabetes Institute at Touro University California. Dr. Shubrook has extensive experience in diabetes mellitus, MASLD, hypoglycemia, osteopathic medicine, and health promotion/disease prevention. He has published hundreds of peer-reviewed manuscripts. He is the author of Everyday Diabetes: Case Studies in Primary Care.
