"Psychiatry is a science, but above all, it is a humane art. Psychiatrists must rigorously apply the best in scientific and clinical research to help resolve distress as rapidly and effectively as possible. But truly good psychiatrists are above all collaborators with their patients, placing their needs first and walking with them through the good times and the bad."
