• Dr. Jimbob Faulk is a vascular surgeon in Nashville, TN and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Ascension Saint Thomas, TriStar Centennial Medical Center, and The Surgical Clinic, PLLC. He is a summa cum laude graduate of LSU. He graduated from LSU medical school in New Orleans in 1998 before moving to Nashville where he completed his general surgery residency at Vanderbilt.
