  • I am Professor of Epidemiology, Neurology, and Anesthesia at the University of Pennsylvania with research interests in the measurement of pain and the design, conduct, analysis, and interpretation of results from pain therapy clinical trials. I also co-direct out Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology which trains physicians and other clinicians in the art and science of independently funded clinical research.
