• Dr. Justine J. Larson is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in child and adolescent mental health with extensive experience in clinical practice, research, and policy development. She has held academic appointments at Johns Hopkins, George Washington University, and the University of Maryland. Dr. Larson’s work focuses on systems of care, integrated behavioral health, and mental health services for vulnerable populations, including children with neurodevelopmental disorders and those affected by substance use disorders. She has previously worked in government settings including at the local county and federal level.
