Summary

• I received my Emergency Medicine residency training and Doctor of Medicine degree from Loma Linda University. I am a recognized Fellow of the American College of Emergency Medicine since 1994. I have more than 30 years of direct clinical experience in healthcare with board certification in Emergency Medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM). As prior president and founder of an independent democratic Emergency Physician group, I have expertise in democratic medical group creation and management, hospital & health care industry administration, contract management, and the medical direction of emergency departments. My current company, Rural eMedicine Consulting or REM Consulting is a firm through which I am providing telehealth care services, expert healthcare consultation, expert witness legal services and chart reviews. I am currently working with a national locums healthcare provider providing urgent care on-site coverage.
  
  I have served the American College of Emergency Medicine as past chairman of the Rural Emergency Medicine Section, and has been an Idaho Chapter Representative Councilor since 2008. I also serve the ACEP Geriatric Accreditation program as an application reviewer and represents rural ACEP on the National Pediatric Readiness Project Quality Improvement Analytics and Advisory Board.
  
  I hold active medical licenses to practice medicine in the states of California, Idaho, and Nevada. I also have a retired medical license in the state of Washington. I currently have a letter of qualification for Interstate Medical License by Compact. I have remote access to high speed internet coverage via Starlink.
