  • I am a neonatologist passionate about improving the health of the pediatric workforce, alongside my patients and their families. My research focuses on improving family centered care and workforce concerns. I actively address workforce gender inequities with the American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Women in Neonatology Special Interest Group.
