  • Dr. Billups is a pioneering urologist who has focused on Men’s Health and Sexual Medicine for the past 25 years. His goal is to help men in all communities live longer and healthier lives through an innovative approach to clinical care in Men’s Health. He has a special interest in clinical interventions using erectile dysfunction and testosterone deficiency as predictors and early warning signs of chronic medical conditions, such as diabetes, heart disease, and hypertension. His current goal is to develop the field of Men’s Health as a multi-disciplinary clinical specialty, designed to promote prevention, early detection and early-stage management of chronic diseases causing premature death and suffering among men.
