  • Dr. Krishna Nallamshetty is the President of Radiology Associates of Florida (RAF). Since 2011, Dr. Nallamshetty has served on the Executive Board of Directors of RAF and has been instrumental in the management of the practice. As President, he oversees hospital and outpatient practice operations, imaging utilization, quality, and strategic planning and development.

    RAF is currently comprised of 72 board certified radiologists interpreting over 1.3 million exams per year. RAF provides radiology services at the University of South Florida (USF), Tampa General Hospital (TGH), and Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Dr. Nallamshetty is an owner of Tower Diagnostic Imaging, a network of 15 outpatient diagnostic imaging centers in the Tampa Bay area with over 400 employees. RAF and Tower Diagnostic Imaging have been the leaders in radiology services in the Tampa Bay area for the past 40 years.

    Dr. Nallamshetty is originally from Orlando, FL. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from Pennsylvania State University and Medical Degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He completed his radiology residency at Tufts University followed by a prestigious Cardiovascular Imaging Fellowship at Harvard Medical School.

    Dr. Nallamshetty is triple board certified and has been named year after year as one of the “Best Doctors in America and Tampa Bay.” He serves as the Vice-Chief of Staff for Tampa General Hospital, a 1000+ bed, level 1, quaternary referral center. TGH has 1600+ medical staff members and is ranked the #1 hospital in Tampa Bay and top 50 nationally in 6 specialties. At USF, he has a dual faculty appointment as Associate Professor of Radiology & Cardiology and is the director of Cardiothoracic Imaging. He has lectured and published extensively in the field of cardiac and vascular imaging.
