Summary

• I am a board certified pediatrician, practicing at a large Federally Qualified Health Center in Pittsburg, KS. I practice general pediatrics, both outpatient and inpatient, including Level 2 nursery. I’m fluent in Spanish, but not a native speaker. Special interests include: treatment of depression, anxiety and ADHD; GI disorders; coordinating with pediatric subspecialists for primary care of children with complex medical problems; and caring for both normal and ill newborns in Level 1 and Level 2 nursery setting. I have extensive experience in caring for children significantly impacted by negative social determinants of health. I also enjoy doing all of the normal general pediatrics stuff, especially playing with cute babies.
