Summary
- I have learned a lot from my patients over the 20 + years in practice. It takes work to be healthy. I prefer holding off on pharmaceuticals unless needed. The hard work you put in while younger will pay off as you age, hopefully gracefully.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my adult kids (can’t wait for grandkids) and enjoying the many things here in Colorado. As a native, I known the state very well from my competitive cycling, but now off road motorcycling allows me to see more.
