• Lawrence D. Budnick, MD, MPH, FACP, FACPM, FACOEM, is an occupational medicine specialist based in Westfield, NJ. He completed his medical education at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine and his public health education at the Harvard School of Public Health in 1977, after which he completed residencies in internal medicine and preventive medicine. He served as an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and a medical epidemiologist in the US Public Health Service. He was an associate professor and then professor of medicine and attending physician at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and University Hospital from 1994 to 2021.
