Dr. Chang completed his plastic surgery residency at the world renowned Johns Hopkins Hospital. He completed a fellowship in craniofacial and microsurgery at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center and had extensive hand surgery training at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, MD.
