Summary

I am a practicing psychiatrist. I am also trained as a lawyer. I graduated from Case Western Reserve school of medicine and did my 4 year residency at the Cleveland Clinic. I have specialized in the past in forensic psychiatry. I also ran the psychiatric emergency room at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center. I was the only psychiatrist at Cuyahoga County large urban jail for many years and I was chairman of the department of psychiatry at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center. I am extremely skilled in the administrative end of psychiatry and community mental health in addition to clinical psych.
