Summary

• ‎Dr. Rafeeq is a Diplomat of the American Board of Allergy and Immunology (a joint Board of the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Pediatrics). He is also a Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatrics. He is a fellow of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (ACAAI) and a fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (AAAAI). Dr. Rafeeq is a member of the Ohio State Medical Association and a member of the Ohio Allergy Society. He is currently serving as the first president of the Toledo Allergy Society.
  
  Dr. Rafeeq is Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Toledo Medical Center and the Section Chief of Allergy and Immunology at the Mercy St. Charles Hospital in Oregon, Ohio. He has spent 25 years rotating and training residents every year through his Ohio solo private practice. For his diligent work to advance the knowledge and treatment of allergic diseases, the Joint Commission on Primary Care Rotations in Allergy honored him with the “Teaching Allergist of the Year” Award in 2002 at the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (ACAAI) annual meeting in San Antonio Texas.
