• Dr. Maria Basile is Chief Medical Officer at US Family Health Plan - St Vincent’s in NYC. Prior to this she was AVP, Medical Affairs at Mather Hospital where she had practiced as a colorectal surgeon in Port Jefferson, NY and was affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including St. Charles Hospital and Stony Brook University Hospital. She received her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and has been a doctor for more than 26 years. She is experienced in treating constipation, rectal prolapse, women's health, performing colonoscopy and minimally invasive surgery.
