Summary

  • Dr. Lee is passionate about providing geriatric and palliative care for homebound patients. Her goal is to reduce physical, cultural, and language barriers to health care access in order to reduce re-hospitalization rates and nursing home placement for monolingual Chinese immigrants. Dr. Lee also works closely with her patients and their families to establish personalized life goals in their last chapter of life. When appropriate, she and her staff work closely with hospice agencies to provide end-of-life care at home.
