• Marshall Littman, MD, is a Pediatrician based in San Diego, CA. He completed his medical degree at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in 1975, followed by a residency in Pediatrics from 1975 to 1978 at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.
