Summary
- I am a private practice pediatrician and certified yoga instructor enrolled in a 2 year training program for MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction). MBSR is the meditation modality most cited in PubMed. I have taught yoga in the studio, on retreat and in the 8 week MBSR courses provided in 2022. I will be offering three 8-week MBSR courses in 2023. The first will start 1/10/23 and will be offered on the Zoom platform.
