• As my resume indicates, I possess more than 30 years of progressive experiences in the Medicine field as Physician. My professional history includes positions such as Associate Member at Puerto Rico Medical Board for Licensure and Discipline as well as Neurosurgery House Staff Physician at University District Hospital (UDH), Medical Director at Grupo Medico del Norte, Chief Physician at the Puerto Rico State Legislature Medical Services and, as a Private Medical Office Owner.
  As a Physician, my responsibilities include provision of care for patients, diagnostic, treatment and management of Acute and Chronic Diseases. Also performs History and Physicals, as common outpatient and office-based procedures, the interpretation of common diagnostic tests including plain X-rays films and EKG, and recommendations for lab’s work up, routine and special radiographic studies. The screening, evaluation and treatment for uncomplicated common mental health disorders as Depression, Insomnia and, Anxiety are also performed, including the referrals, consults and, discussion of cases with specialists or team workers, as promotion of health care measures. I also assisted in the successful completion of the Health Care Services and Team Work strategies for all my patients.
