Summary

  • I am a triple board-certified internist, geriatrician and hospice and palliative medicine specialist. I am a medical director in long-term care and care for elderly patients in nursing facilities, skilled nursing/postacute care as well as do home visits to reduce hospital readmissions. I have done this for almost 20 years and have a good track record of reducing unnecessary hospitalizations with skillful use of palliative medicine.
