Dr. Neha Goel is a surgical oncologist with expertise in breast cancer in NYC at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She completed her medical education at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in 2010 and pursued a residency in surgery at New York Presbyterian Hospital (Columbia Campus) from 2010 to 2016, a fellowship in surgical critical care at Brigham and Women's Hospital from 2013 to 2014, and a complex general surgical oncology fellowship at Fox Chase Cancer Center from 2016-2018. Dr. Goel has contributed to the field with several publications, including studies on breast cancer patient survival, opioid overprescription in lumpectomy patients, and the effects of neighborhood disadvantage on cancer outcomes.
