Summary

  • I am a Family Physician who together with my wife, Ruth Nelson MD are in the 39th year of our private practice in San Diego.

    We are one of the very few independent physicians remaining in private practice, and have no intention of retiring.
    I believe that one of the main reasons we still get so much enjoyment and satisfaction from our practice is the decision we made 39 years ago to not participate in any Insurance plans.

    We earn the trust of our patients based only on the quality of care we provide, and providing "Value" is one of our primary goals.
