He is a board-certified radiologist specializing in breast imaging and interventional breast procedures. Dr. Bendavid completed a breast imaging fellowship at the renowned Iris Cantor Center for Breast Imaging within the Department of Radiological Sciences at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Prior to his fellowship, he completed a diagnostic radiology residency at UC Irvine Medical Center, where he served as chief resident. He earned his medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine. Dr. Bendavid received his undergraduate degree in biochemistry from the University of Arizona, graduating magna cum laude with Phi Beta Kappa honors.
