  • Hospital-based care of Surgical infections: 30 years of experience at US News #1 Hospital, preventing, diagnosing and managing infectious complications of orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, cardiac surgery (including LVAD), thoracic surgery, oncologic surgery, and transplant surgery.
    Other infections in immune compromised hosts, including Solid Organ and Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant recipients, cancer chemotherapy, and disease modifying agents for autoimmune diseases.
    Regularly cover inpatient services, including ICU ID cases, for 7 to 12 consecutive days, 8 am to 6 pm in house, with pager call in evenings, to optimize continuity of care through weekends.
    8 years of experience as Quality Chair for Transplant Center performing ~ 1000 Transplant procedures per year.
