His notable contributions to nephrology are reflected in his publications, including publishing the "Clinical Handbook of Nephrology" in 2024. Dr. Brown has been recognized with awards such as the Parker J. Palmer “Courage to Teach” Award and is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
